Attorney James Bendza of Naples, FL; ethical gremlin

The state of Florida provided James Stephen Bendza with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from Western New England University Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to communicate with clients
• Unable to return $750 unearned fee to client due to loss of control of retrained to former boss
• Engaged in several trust fund violations
• Failed to safeguard client property

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year term of probation. 

As we speak (ca. September 2018), Jimmy practices at 18 Newbury Place in Naples, Florida.
