Attorney David Casals of Boca Raton, FL; lying loser

The state of Florida provided David Casals with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from Nova Southeastern University Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

• Knowingly made false statement to a tribunal
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Knowingly withheld knowledge from prosecutor re: potential witness
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. September 2018), Dave practices with the Law Office of David Casals at 301 NE 51^st Street in Boca Raton, Florida.
