Attorney Camella Manion of Jupiter, FL; ethical misfit

The state of Florida provided Camella Lynn Manion with a law license in 2003 after she graduated from Nova Southeastern University Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Camella guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Camella represented a seller in a real estate action and attempted to collect more than $8,000 in attorney’s fees from the buyers. Despite their refusal, Manion again attempted to persuade them to pay her fees.

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme punished Camella by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. September 2018), Camella practices with the Law Office of Camella L. Coone PA at 1304 Peninsular Road in Jupiter, Florida.
