Attorney Charles Irving of Essex, CT; cheating loser

The state of Connecticut provided Charles J. Irving with a law license in 1972 after he graduated from the University of Bridgeport Law School.

The Statewide Grievance Committee found Charlie guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to provide explanation to client regarding charged fees
  • Told client no records existed to support fees charged to client
  • Failed to respond to numerous client information requests
  • Charged/collected a clearly unreasonable fee (cheater)
  • Failed to provide client with written explanation of fees to be charged
  • Failed to promptly refund unearned fees

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee punished Charlie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2017) Charlie practices with Charles J. Irving LLC at 10 Laurel Road in Essex, Connecticut.
