Attorney Paul Zyburski of Mount Clemens, MI; drunk, repeat offender

The state of Michigan provided Paul F. Zyburski with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from Pepperdine University Law School.

The Tri-County Hearing Panel found Paulie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Signed client signatures to settlement heck w/o clients’ knowledge or consent
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Failed to deliver settlement funds to client for two months
• Failed to appear for pretrial hearing in landlord tenant case on client’s behalf

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Paulie by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

• Convicted of driving while visibly impaired (DUI)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Paulie by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year term of probation.

As we speak (ca. June 2017) Paulie practices at 321 Northbound Gratiot Avenue in Mount Clemens, Michigan.
