Attorney Carl Zentz of Ft. Washington, MD; moronic loser

The state of District of Columbia provided Carl E. Zentz with a law license in 1974 after he graduated from Catholic University Law School.

The D.C. Court of Appeals found Carl guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Involved in pursuing unmeritorious claims
• Failed to act candidly towards tribunals
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Induced or assisted another to violate the rules of professional conduct
• Knowingly disobeyed obligation under rules of a tribunal

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the D.C. Court of Appeals punished Carl by gifting him with a complimentary censure.
