Attorney Albert Watkins of Saint Louis, MO; ethical gremlin

The state of District of Columbia provided Albert S. Watkins with a law license in 1986 after he graduated from Catholic University Law School.

The D.C. Court of Appeals found Al guilty of the following misconduct.

• Improperly disclosed client confidential information
• Engaged in a conflict of interest

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the D.C. Court of Appeals punished A by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.
