Attorney Roy Law of Buckhannon, WV; ethical dwarf

The state of West Virginia provided Roy David Law with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from the University of West Virginia Law School.

The Lawyer Disciplinary Board found Roy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conflict of interest
• Represented former client’s wife in divorce matter
• Failed to obtain waiver from former client re: conflict of interest

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the West Virginia Supreme Court punished Roy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.  

As we speak (ca. March 2017), Roy practices in Buckhannon, West Virginia.
