Attorney Thomas Marshall of Bronx, NY; serial deadbeat

The state of Connecticut provided Thomas R. Marshall with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from the New England School of Law.

The Statewide Grievance Committee found Tommy guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Tommy’s law license was suspended eleven (11) separate times for his failure to pay an annual fee amounting to a measly$75 to the Client Security Fund, which was set up to reimburse clients who were cheated by their attorneys.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Tommy by gifting him with eleven (11) complimentary suspensions of her law license until he paid the fees he owed to the fund.

As we speak (ca. July 2018), Tommy practices with E&M Logistics Inc. at 701 Zerega Avenue in Bronx, New York.
