Attorney Dennis Hogan of Nashua, NH; ethical gremlin

The state of New Hampshire provided Dennis C. Hogan with a law license in 2002 after he graduated from the University of New Hampshire Law School.

The Professional Conduct Committee on Professional Standardfound Denny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Breached duty in representing clients with conflicting interests
• Represented the husband and wife in a divorce proceeding
• Negotiated agreement with clients to forestall filing of malpractice claims
• Violated or attempted to violate the Rules of Professional Conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on The Professional Conduct Committee on Professional Standard punished Denny by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (March 2017), Denny practices with the Law Office of Dennis C. Hogan PLLC at 491 Amherst Street in Nashua, New Hampshire.
