Attorney Michael Hoague of Delaware, OH; thief, repeat offender

The state of Ohio provided Michael Christopher Hoague with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from the Ohio State University Law School.

In early February 2017, Mike was indicted by a Delaware County grand jury on two counts of theft and two counts of tampering with evidence. Mike is scheduled to appear in the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas at 9:45 a.m. on Monday, April 3, 2017.

Per the criminal indictment, Mike facilitated a fraud by falsifying government records that took place on or about June 14, 2013; with the second count occurring around July 2, 2013.

The indictment goes on to say that Mike, 62 at the time, took the property of another amounting to $1,000 or more on July 2, 2013. The second theft count charges him with stealing another $1,000 or more on July 22, 2013. Both theft counts are fifth-degree felonies, and the fraud counts are third-degree felonies.

All that remains now is to see how long it takes for Mike the Thieving Loser to cop a plea. In addition, we’ll get a chance to see what if anything the Ohio Supreme Court does in regards to disciplining Mike. In truth, he should have been disbarred by the Court when it had a chance to so act in 2003.
