The state of Michigan provided Donald A. Winningham with a law license in 2004 after he graduated from Western State University Law School.

The Tri-County Hearing Panel #59 found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Donnie was convicted in the 55th District Court of driving while impaired (DUI).

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Hearing Panel punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2017), Donnie practices with Kopka Pinkus Dolin PLC at 32605 West 12 Mile Road in Farmington Hill, Michigan, which is a suburb of Detroit.
