• Failed to explain matter to extent reasonably necessary to permit client to make an informed decision regarding the representation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Hearing Panel punished Larry by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.
