Attorney Thomas DeSino of Woodbridge, NJ; liar, repeat offender

 

The state of New Jersey presented Thomas DeSino with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from Rutgers University Law School. Tommy also received a law license from Pennsylvania in 1990.

 

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Tommy guilty of the following misconduct.

 

Tommy’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Mishandled client’s property damage claim
  • Engaged in a pattern of neglect
  • Failed to pay annual assessment to New Jersey Lawyer’s Fund for Client Protection
  • Failed to communicate with client
  • Failed to expedite client litigation
  • Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Tommy!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

 

Tommy’s 2nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Engaged in a pattern of neglect
  • Knowingly made a false statement of material fact to a tribunal
  • Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

 

As we speak (ca. December 2017), Tommy practices with Gill & Chamas LLC at 655 Florida Grove Road in Woodbridge, New Jersey.
