Attorney Alexander Vrbanoff of Chicago; ethical gremlin

The state of Illinois presented Alexander C. Vrbanoff with a law license in 1991.

The Illinois Registration and Disciplinary Commission found Alex guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to properly supervise office staff
• Shared legal fees with non-lawyers
• Assisted another in the illegal practice of law
• Engaged in conduct tending to defeat the administration of justice
• Engaged in conduct tending to bring the courts/legal profession into disrepute

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Alex by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.  

As we speak (February 2017), Alex practices at 641 West Lake Street in Chicago, Illinois.
