Attorney Robert Sporny of Detroit; slacker

The state of Michigan provided Robert Thomas Sporny with a law license in 2004 after he graduated from Western State University Law School.

The Tri-County Hearing Panel #9 found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Knowingly failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Bobby!)
• Neglected legal matters entrusted to him
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep clients informed of status of their legal matters
• Failed to respond to client information requests

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Hearing Panel punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2017), Bobby practices with Deloitte Advisory at 200 Renaissance Center in Detroit, Michigan.
