Attorney Robert Munaretto of Oak Park, IL; thieving loser

The state of Illinois presented Robert Munaretto with a law license in 1981.

The Illinois Registration and Disciplinary Commission found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to deposit client funds in separate and identifiable trust account
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in conduct tending to bring counts/legal profession into disrepute (What’s new?)
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Wrote check to client on insufficient funds account (rubber)
• Converted (stole) $7,421.46 of client estate funds

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of her law license.  

As we speak (March 2017), Bobby practices in Oak Park, Illinois.
