Attorney Robert M. Cook of Yuma, AZ; repeat offender, ethical dwarf

 
Recently attorney Robert M. Cook of Yuma was found guilty for engaging in the misconduct set forth below. This was Bobby the Repeater's third bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree.
  1. Failed to communicate with clients
  2. Ignorantly/incompetently served improper motions and discovery requests
  3. Failure to properly supervise underlings thereby causing court delays
  4. Engaging in repeated conflicts of interest
  5. Paying himself legal fees with client funds w/o client’s knowledge
 
1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree - 2004
 
In 2004 Bobby was found guilty of “threatening his client and her boyfriend because he believed they had failed to pay him in full as promised”
 
For this misconduct the enablers on the Commission punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary censure and one year of probation.
 
2nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree - 2006
 
In 2006 Bobby was found guilty of the following misconduct:
  1. Failed to properly supervise his underlings
  2. Improperly revealing information about his client to third parties
These are some of the same findings of misconduct involving Bobby’s most recent misconduct (aka, 3rd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree).
 
Despite taking three bites at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree, the apologists sitting on the Disciplinary Commission punished Bobby the Repeater by gifting him with yet another censure and two year probation. What a joke!
 
As we speak (ca. May 2011) this certified loser continues to practice law at 219 W. 2nd Street in Yuma, Arizona.
