Attorney Allen Walterscheid of Carlsbad, NM; ethical dwarf

The state of Idaho presented Allen Wayne Walterscheid with a law license in 2005.

The Idaho Bar Counsel found Al guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Al!)
• Failed to safeguard client property

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Idaho Supreme Court punished Al by gifting him with a complimentary 8-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2017) Al practices at 1529 Calvani Road in Carlsbad, New Mexico.
