Attorney Roger Paul of Johnstown, NY; cheating loser

The state of New York presented Roger Lionel Paul with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from Western New England Law School.

The Departmental Disciplinary Committee found Roger guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Converted funds from attorney escrow account for personal use (cheater)
  • Wrote check against insufficient fund account (rubber)
  • Commingled client funds with personal funds
  • Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Departmental Disciplinary Committee punished Roger by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2017), Roger practices at 223 West Main Street in Johnstown, New York.
