Attorney David Voss of Baton Rouge; ethical dwarf

The state of Louisiana presented David C. Voss with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from Louisiana State University (LSU) Law School.

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 90-day suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Dave.  

As we speak (ca. February 2017) Dave practices with Graves Carley LLP at 2137 Quail Run in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
