Justice Andrew Piraino sits as a judge on the Salina Town Court in Salina, New York, which is about 50 miles east of Rochester.
IN later May 2011, the New York Judicial Commission charged Dandy Andy with being a monumental nitwit, idiot, moron and numbskull for engaging misconduct from January 2006 through May 2008.
The Commission charged Andy with violating the judicial rules at least 791 times by charging more per ticket than the law allowed. In fact, the Commission said that Andy failed to follow the law in 900 cases when he cheerfully and ignorantly overcharged those who were unfortunate to have appeared before him.
Andy the Moron’s Hyperbolic (BS) Defense
Andy had the chutzpah to defend the 900 times he overcharged defendants in his court by stating “it was just a mistake on my part…” Andy’s bullshit defense doesn’t pass the involuntary laugh test. In fact, it appears that Andy missed his calling as a standup comedian.
As we speak (May 27, 2011), Andy the Loser remains sitting on the bench.
Given the sorry track record of the Judicial Commission, I’m confident that they’ll punish Andy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. Obviously, this loser should be permanently removed from the bench.
Moreover, his wages should be garnished to reimburse the 900 people he overcharged.
