Attorney Richard Dimaggio Jr. of Glenville, NY; lying loser

The state of New York presented Richard Louis Dimaggio Jr. with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from the New England School of Law.

The Departmental Disciplinary Committee found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

• Mishandled escrow account
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Issued check payable to cash from trust account
• Attempted to mislead personal injury client
• Failed to return client phone calls
• Failed to promptly notify collection agency clients of his receipt of funds on their behalf

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Departmental Disciplinary Committee punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license.
