The state of Washington presented Hari L. Alipuria with a law license in 1997 after she graduated from the University of Michigan Law School.

The Washington State Bar found Donna guilty of the following misconduct.

Hari’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to provide competent representation (idiot)
• Failed to attend at least 6 witness depositions on client’s behalf
• Failed to keep client reasonably informed of status of matter

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Hari by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

Hari’s 2^nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Revealed client confidences and/or secrets
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to comply with prior terms of probation
• Failed to provide competent representation (idiot)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Hari by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.
