Attorney Andre Toce of Lafayette, LA; drunken convict

The state of Louisiana presented Andre F. Toce with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from Louisiana State (LSU) University Law School.

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Andre guilty of the following misconduct.

• Convicted of driving under the influence (DUI)
• Violated or attempted to violate Rules of Professional Conduct

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Andre by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Andre.
