Attorney William Baggett Jr. of Lake Charles, LA; serial drunken convict

The state of Louisiana presented William B. Baggett Jr. with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from Louisiana State University (LSU) Law School.

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Arrested and charged with driving under the influence (DUI) on three (3) separate occasions

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Billy.

As we speak (ca. February 2017) Billy practices with Baggett, McCall, Burgess, Watson & Gaughan, LLC at 3006 Country Club Road in Lake Charles, Louisiana.
