Attorney Kenneth Beck of New Orleans; slacker

The state of Louisiana presented Kenneth J. Beck with a law license in 1986 after he graduated from Loyola University Law School.

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Kenny guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in illegal ex parte (one-sided) communication with court
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to communicate with client
  • Knowingly disobeyed an obligation under rules of a tribunal
  • Violated or attempted to violate the Rules of Professional Conduct

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Kenny by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2017) Kenny practices with Kenneth J. Beck PLC at 2908 Saint Charles Avenue in New Orleans, Louisiana.
