Attorney Kimberly Moore of Oak Island, NC; ethical dwarf

The state of North Carolina presented Kimberly Louise Moore with a law license in 2001 after she graduated from Mercer University Law School.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Kimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Kimmy recorded 11 deeds of trust for her client, but failed to inform her client that four of the deeds of trust were not in first lien position.

In another matter, Kimmy was evasive when responding to ethics investigators.

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the North Carolina State Bar punished Kimmy by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2017) Kimmy practices with Johnson & Moore PA at 8505 East Oak Island Drive in Oak Island, North Carolina.
