Attorney Michael Mendelson of Delhi, NY; check bouncer, repeater

The state of New York presented Michael Bernard Mendelson with a law license in 1972 after he graduated from New York University (NYU) Law School.

The Departmental Disciplinary Committee found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

Mike’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Converted client funds to personal use (cheater)
• Issued check on escrow account payable to cash

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Departmental Disciplinary Committee punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Disciplinary Committee didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Mike.

Mike’s 2^nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

In one matter, Mike wrote at least six (6) checks that were dishonored by the bank for insufficient funds (rubber).

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Departmental Disciplinary Committee punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.
