The state of Louisiana presented Randal Paul McCann with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from Louisiana State University (LSU) Law School.

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Randy guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Randy was arrested and charged with domestic abuse battery.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Randy by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Randy.
