Attorney Mark Higgins of Darrington, WA; ethical misfit

The state of Washington presentedMark Timothy Higgins with a law license in 2004 after she graduated Rutgers University Law School.

The Washington State Bar found Mark guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Failed to abide by client’s decisions re: representation objectives
• Failed to consult with client

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
