Attorney Timothy Coogan of Tacoma, WA; cheating loser

The state of Washington presented Timothy Patrick Coogan with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from the University of University of Puget Sound Law School.

The Washington State Bar found Timmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep client reasonably informed of status of matter
• Failed to comply with client information requests
• Failed tond unearned advance fee (cheater)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Timmy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
