Judge Anne Fisher Segal of Tucson; idiot; ticket fixer, lifetime porker  
In 2008, Judge Anne Fisher Segal succeeded in duping the voters in Tucson of electing her as a Pima County Justice of the Peace.
Prior to this unfortunate election result, Judge Segal spent the vast majority of her adult life porking out at the public trough in, New Mexico, California and Arizona.
In 2010, the Arizona Commission on Judicial Conduct found Judge Segal guilty of misconduct when she attempted to intervene in a traffic case involving her son. Put simply, Anne was attempting to have the case fixed in favor of her son
 .
For her misconduct, the Commission punished Judge Segal by gifting her with a reprimand on June 17, 2010.
In a lame attempt at levity, Judge Segal had the chutzpah to file a defamation and invasion of privacy lawsuit against the Arizona Daily Star when it reported that the Arizona Commission on Judicial Conduct reprimanded her for “trying to fix her son’s speeding ticket.” Segal also sued the reporter, Kimberly Smith and her husband.
In April 2011, Pima County Superior Court Judge Christopher Staring dismissed Segal’s sham lawsuit when he determined that the Star’s headline and first sentence that formed the basis for Segal’s suit were substantially true. Apparently, Judge Segal missed law school classes on the 1st Amendment.
Seems that Judge Segal missed her calling as a standup comedian!
As we speak (ca. May 2011) this certified loser remains on the bench in Tucson. How disgusting!
