Attorney William Helbley Jr. of Poland, OH; convicted felon

The state of Ohio presented William Charles Helbley Jr. with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from the University of Akron Law School.

The Disciplinary Commission found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Billy was convicted in federal court for conspiring with others to commit wire fraud by inducing mortgage lenders to approve the purchase of 14 properties at inflated prices.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.  

As we speak (ca. February 2017), Billy practices at 3480 Olde Winter Trail in Poland, Ohio.
