The state of Arkansas presented Larry James Hartsfield with a law license in 1996 after he graduated from the University of Arkansas Law School.

 

The Committee on Professional Conduct found Larry guilty of the following misconduct.

 

Prior to the following misconduct, Larry received one (1) complimentary caution for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

  • Filed for Chapter 13 relief when client’s total unsecured debt made her ineligible
  • Failed to comply with required bankruptcy filing rules
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Larry by gifting him with a complimentary caution.
