Attorney Kasey Nye of Tucson; ethical gremlin

The state of Arizona presented Kasey C. Nye with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from the University of Arizona Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Kasey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Kasey!)
• Failed to communicate with client

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Kasey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. February 2017), Kasey practices with Kasey C. Nye Lawyer PLLC at 1661 North Swan Road in Tucson, Arizona.
