Attorney James Singer of Palatine, IL; cheating loser

The state of Illinois presented James Robert Singer with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from the Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago-Kent College of Law.

The Illinois Registration and Disciplinary Commission found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Neglected client’s paternity and child support matter
  • Failed to promptly return an unearned fee (cheater)
  • Neglected client bankruptcy matter
  • Neglected civil claim damages resulting from client’s false arrest
  • Failed to prosecute client’s personal injury claim
  • Neglected client’s medical malpractice claim

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Jimmy.

As we speak (February 2017), Jimmy practices at 117 East Palatine Road in Palatine, Illinois.

CAUTION:  Jimmy does not carry legal malpractice insurance
