Attorney Godfrey Tencer of San Rafael, CA; convict, loser 
The California Surpeme Court presented Godfrey Tencer with a law license in 1974 after he graduated from Boston University School of Law.
In January 2011, the California Bar Court found Godfrey guilty of the following misconduct involving his criminal convictions involving an extramarital affair.
For his criminal violation of the court's protective order and for harassing the victim with an electronic communication in violation of California law, Godfrey was sentenced to 18 months of probation.
Hyperbolic (BS) mitigation afforded to Godfrey
The apologists sitting on the California Bar Court has the chutzpah to claim that since Godfrey had settled a lawsuit with his victim that this constituted “mitigation” in regards to his punishment.
Obviously, these buffoons (my apologies to buffoons) all missed their calling as standup comedians!
For his criminal conduct, the enablers at the Bar Court punished Godfrey by gifting him with a two year period of probation.
As we speak (ca. May, 2011) this loser is practicing law at 1299 4th Street in San Rafael, California.
