Attorney Timothy Ginn of Greenwood, AR; idiot, repeater

The state of Arkansas presented Timothy Alan Ginn with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from the University of Arkansas Law School.

The Committee on Professional Conduct found Timmy guilty of the following misconduct.

Timmy’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Failed to provide competent representation (simpleton)
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
  • Failed to communicate with client
  • Failed to explain a matter to the extent reasonably necessary to permit the client to make informed decisions regarding the representation
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

Timmy’s 2nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Violated or attempted to violate the rules of professional conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or dis so through the acts of another
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  • Engaged in illegal law while license suspended
  • Knowingly disobeyed obligation owed under rules of a tribunal

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Timmy by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (May 2017), Timmy practices at 258 Rivertrace Drive in Marion, Arkansas.
