Attorney Michael Stosic of Philadelphia, PA; lying loser

The state of Pennsylvania presented Michael Elias Stosic with a law license in 2003.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

On at least two occasions Mike held in criminal contempt and one instance of being held in contempt by judges of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County.

In another matter, Mike did not carry malpractice insurance between 2010 and 2014 while falsely representing on his Attorney’s Annual Registration Fee form that he had the insurance.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Mike by gifting him, with a complimentary 5-year suspension of his law license.

Because Attorney Misfits in Pennsylvania are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Mike was never criminally charged with perjury.

As we speak (ca. January 2017), Mike practices at 236 Market Street in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

CAUTION: Mike is not covered by legal malpractice insurance
