The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Liz guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Liz charged in three incidents involving driving under the influence of alcohol in Montgomery County and one DUI in Philadelphia but “failed to report any of her criminal convictions to the Disciplinary Board Secretary within 20 days of each conviction as required.

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Liz by gifting her with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of her law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Liz.
