Attorney Perry Ellis of Atlanta, GA; ethical misfit, repeater

The state of Georgia presented Perry Dean Ellis Alvis with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from the John Marshall Law School.

The Georgia State Bar found Perry guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to properly supervise office staff
  • Staff member signed client name to $1,000 loan payable to Perry’s law firm without client’s knowledge or consent

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Georgia Supreme Court punished Perry by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand

As we speak (ca. January 2017), Perry practices with the Law Office of Perry Dean Ellis, P.C. at 1355 Peachtree Street, Northeast in Atlanta, Georgia.
