Attorney James Webster of Oak Ridge, TN; ethical dwarf

The state of Tennessee provided James M. Webster with a law license in 1976 after he graduated from the University of Tennessee Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to communicate with client
• Engaged in illegal practice of law while license suspended
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Jimmy!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary 1-month suspension of his law license
