Attorney Tonya Summerville of Severn, MD; perjurer

The state of California provided Tonya Ronee Summerville with a law license in 2005 after she graduated from George Washington University Law School.

The California State Bar found Tonya guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Tonya found it acceptable to falsely testify under penalty of perjury that she was in compliance with her Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) requirements when she was not.

Because Attorney Misfits in California are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Tonya was never criminally prosecuted for perjury.

As consequence of her misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished

Tonya by gifting her with a complimentary 1-year term of probation.

As we speak (ca. January 2017), Tonya practices at 410 University Drive in Severn, Maryland.
