Attorney Bobby Keeter of Mena, Arkansas; serial liar, Dumbo 
Several years ago, Ms. Betty Collingsworth made a monumental error in judgment when she hired Bobby Keeter to represent her in a case against Wal Mart for damages she incurred when she fell.
Initially Keeter told Ms. Collingsworth that her case was worth at least $300,000, which he well knew was a blatant lie. Subsequently, Bobby advised Betty to accept $15,000 as a settlement from Wal Mart, which she refused to do.
He then dismissed her lawsuit v. Wal Mart without her knowledge or prior consent and then went about concealing this fact to her for at least two years.
After learning of Bobby’s unauthorized dismissal when she visited the courthouse, Betty began taping conversations she had with the Dumbo.
As a result of Bobby’s deceit and unauthorized dismissal of Betty’s case, she has forever lost the right to sue and/or collect anything from Wal-Mart.
Bobby’s so-called Punishment
As a result of his deplorable misconduct, the enablers/apologists sitting on the Arkansas Committee on Professional Conduct punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
As we speak (ca. May 2011) this certified loser continues to practice law at 610 Church Avenue in Mena, Arkansas, which is about 90 miles west of Hot Springs.
