Attorney John Paragano of Union, NJ; wife beater, convict

The state of New Jersey presented John O. Paragano with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from George Washington University Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Johnny pled guilty to the disorderly person’s offense of assault.

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Johnny’s first criminal conviction for assault.  He was previously received a complimentary censure censured as a direct result of charges brought against him by the Advisory Committee onJudicial Conduct (ACJC) for committing an act of domestic violence and causing a motor vehicle accident while driving in an intoxicated condition.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. January 2017) Johnny practices with John Paragano LLC at 1945 Morris Avenue in Union, New Jersey.
