Judge Daniel McCullough of Brooklyn, NY; Greedy loser

The state of New York presented Daniel McCullough with a law license in 1996 after he graduated from St. John’s University Law School.

Danny has had his significant snout firmly implanted in the public trough for the thirty-eight years (1978-2017). Apparently, no self-respecting law firm in the Brooklyn area was about to offer Danny a good paying job.

Former Gov.  David Paterson was duped into appointing Danny to a seat on to the New York Court of Claims in 2010.  Danny didn’t get the appointment because he was the most qualified lawyer in the greater Brooklyn area. He got it because he had proven to be a reliable lackey for the local political hacks.

Over the last three years, Danny has been on paid sick leave and has continued to receive an annual taxpayer-funded salary of $193,000 despite never providing the taxpayers with any judicial services.

Danny has been able to rip-off the taxpayers because New York judges are the recipients of an unlimited sick policy that is funded with taxpayer funds. No other state employee is entitled to legally screw the taxpayers as is the case with Danny the Slacker.

Danny could have retired with an annual pension of $143,000 for the balance of his miserable life. However, Danny refused to take a $50,00 pay cut by retiring even though he now resides in a Long Island nursing home.

Suffice it to say that Danny gives GREED a bad name!

As we speak (ca. January 2017), Danny continues to sit as a Manhattan State Supreme Court Justice in Brooklyn, New York.
