Trump foresees appointment of Carl Paladino as Civil Rights Chief 

Several mostly reliable sources said that Donald “Trumporleone” Trump is seriously contemplating the appointment of Carl “The Merciful” Paladino to head the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division.

Carl “The Merciful” was previously the losing GOP candidate for Governor of New York; however, to be fair, only two-thirds of the voters voted for his opponent. Put simply, this was like a really close nail-biting contest.

During a recent (late Dec 2016) response to a survey conducted by the Artvoice.com blog located in Buffalo, New York, Carl “The Merciful” was asked about his hopes and aspirations for 2017. He was then asked who should "go away.”  He responded by making the following disgusting racist comments that were aimed at First Lady Michelle Obama

• "I’d like (Michelle Obama) to return to being a male and let loose in the outback of Zimbabwe where she lives comfortably in a cave with Maxie, the gorilla."

Carl “The Merciful” then aimed his racist charm at President Obama by saying he hoped Obama contracts mad cow disease by having a relationship with cattle. He went on to say:

• I hope “Obama catches mad cow disease after being caught having relations with a Herford.”
• "He [Obama] dies before his trial [for treason]and is buried in a cow pasture next to Valerie Jarrett  (Obama adviser), who died weeks prior, after being convicted of sedition and treason, when a Jihadi cell mate mistook her for being a nice person and decapitated her."

It should be noted that Valerie Jarret is black. One can safely assume that The Don laughed his ass off after hearing Carl “The Merciful’s” racist rant.

Personally, I'd like to see Carl involved in a mating ceremony with Clarice (real name) Clarence who is being housed in Cell No. 677 at Riker's Island. Word in the joint is that Clarice is like a really really friendly guy.

Minorities and African Americans in particular should be fearful if The Don does in fact appoint Carl “The Merciful” to a position with the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division. However, Carl will likely be competing with other qualified luminaries such as David Duke.
