Attorney Gary Kahn of Portland, OR; ethical leprechaun

The state of Oregon provided Gary Kahn with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from Lewis & Clark University Law School.

The Oregon State Bar Court found Gary guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in an egregious conflict of interest
• Represented lender and creditor in $100,000 loan transaction
• Failed to obtain client consent re: conflict involving four clients
• Committed multiple acts of misconduct

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Gary by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.  

As we speak (December 2016), Gary practices with Reeves Kahn Hennessy & Elkins at 4035 SE 52^nd Avenue in Portland, Oregon.
