Attorney Neil Jackson of Portland, OR; serial offender

The state of Oregon provided Neil W. Jackson with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from Lewis & Clark University Law School.

The Oregon State Bar Court found Neil guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to respond to client phone calls
  • Failed to provide client with copies of opposing counsel’s letters
  • Failed to respond to opposing counsel’s inquiries
  • Failed to provide client with court’s pending ruling of dismissal of case
  • Failed to act to reinstate client’s case
  • Failed to act to protect and/or advance client’s interests
  • Failed to deliver client documents to her new lawyer
  • Victim of misconduct was vulnerable

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Neil’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He was previously disciplined on two (2) separate occasions for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Neil by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (December 2016), Neil practices with Neil Jackson Attorney LLC at 18445 East Burnside Street in Portland, Oregon.
